Service Pack 2010.01: When Andar was first created, the main bio tab featured a customizable summary area where users could place contact and giving information. Andar’s more recent customizable bio tabs offer much more flexibility and functionality. As a result, the summary area is being removed from the main bio tab effective with the 2010.01 service pack in favor of the newer custom bio tabs.

Service Pack 2010.01: e-Pledge has been enhanced to allow donors to indicate that they are a loyal contributor and to specify the year of their first contribution. Various web options were created to enable these functions.

Service Pack 2010.01: The transaction descriptions have been modified to improve readability. Also, additional transactions were created to identify campaign and non-campaign related events. These will also be used by i-Attend.

Service Pack 2010.01: Access to credit card, ssn, and banking information now excludes system administrators. In the past, system administrators had access to absolutely everything in Andar. The security system was changed to exclude them from these sensitive areas.

Service Pack 2010.01 will include a beta release of the new letter management feature. This will allow customers to use Andar’s new content management features to enter the text of the thank you letters directly into Andar and generate ready to print or e-mail letters without having to mail-merge in MSWord.
