We are enhancing the "Do not contact" information again. This time, we are renaming the tab to "Contact Preferences". We are also changing it into an Opt-in / Opt-out scenario. Additionally, we are breaking it down by months. These "contact preferences" already support various types of communications. So, with this new design, you'll be able to say "Do not send newsletters in June and July and do send solicitations in March".

Thank you letters are being cleaned up. With the new gift relationship function recently added to the thank you letter process, things got a little confusing. We have just redesigned the screen layouts to make it cleaner and easier to read. The downloaded csv file is also easier to use.

Personalized URLs, also known as Pretty URLs, are used as a shortcut by marketing to easily drive people to specific web pages. For example: www.myorg.org/give could jump to your giving web page.
With the January Service Pack, Andar will support PURLs. They can be used to create shortcuts into e-Pledge, i-Attend, or e-Volunteer. After you implement Andar's content management system to have Andar host your organization's web site, PURLs can also be used to redirect visitors from your old web site to Andar's corresponding web page.
