Help Desk & Yahoo Group
The following is in response to a number of concerns from users asking us why we haven't responded to questions on the Yahoo group.

The Yahoo Group was created and is managed by our users. It is not part of the Andar Help Desk. We do not officially monitor its content nor do we endorse any answers provided by other users.

All help and support questions should be sent to the Andar Support Center through the following channels:

Toll Free:(877) 479-3780 x314
e-Mail:AndarSupport@Andar360.com
Web:http://www.andar360.com/Helix/project/Projects.jsp (preferred method)

We also need your help to improve our response time. Wait times on our Support Center can vary based on our current work load. We often spend considerable time researching your question before calling you. Should you discover the solution to your question on your own, please let us know ASAP so we may document and close your project and move on to the next waiting customer as quickly as possible. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

MIG: More Filters
Have you seen the new filter icons and buttons on some of the Andar screens? Filters allow you to choose which rows to show in your list screens. Your filter selections are saved as a personal preference for each tab and, more importantly, for each bio tab item. This means that you could, for example, place three separate and different sets of demographics on your account bio tab. The filter enhancement is coupled with sorting and "find" enhancements where more columns can be sorted and the find menu option is more flexible. Also, your sort preferences are permanently saved with your filters.

Currently, filters are available only on 10 profile tabs but the May service pack will add filters on another 20 tabs and 15 menu options. This "propagation" will continue in the next service packs.

Future enhancements will allow those with Executive Plus to add custom SQL query segments to the various filters. Also, filtering, sort, and find functions will be added to Executive Plus itself.

New CMC Enhancements
We are currently working on significant enhancements to the Client Management Console (CMC) to be released in August/2009. These enhancements will mostly affect those of you hosting multiple organizations. The new version will require a software activation code for each Andar environment. Those of you with only one production and one training environment will not be affected. The new CMC will better control licensing on an environment by environment basis. The CMC control panel will also be accessible from any workstation as an option on the Andar main menu.

Stay tuned, we'll give you more details on possible impact later.

PayPal Update
Many of you have received notification from PayPal that they will be upgrading their software and you will need to upgrade as well. Don't worry, we are already upgrading Andar to use their new updates and we will be delivering this in a patch shortly after the May Service Pack.

Customers must install the patch or the August Service Pack.
