Did you know that most reports in Andar are best printed on legal paper? Legal paper is 8½ x 14 inches whereas letter paper is 8½ x 11. Note that Adobe will automatically shrink the report to make it fit the letter size paper you have loaded in your printer. As a result, you'll probably notice the extra wide margins at the top and bottom of the pages. If you do load legal paper and tell Adobe not to perform any "Page Scaling," the text will be larger, more readable and the page will have less margin space.
Did you know that you don't need to reenter all those report parameters every time you want to run a report? Andar remembers the parameters you used. Just pull down the "Previously Run Reports" list at the top of the report prompt to see all prior runs of the current report. Select one and the report parameters will be loaded in the entries below. You could also click the save button at the very bottom of the window to save the report parameters with a specific name and then you'll be able to recall it from the top of the screen by pulling down the "Saved Reports" list.

Did you know you can eliminate the job completed message from popping up? Simply check the box "Suppress Job Completion Dialog Box" at the bottom of the report "System" tab. This is particularly useful for recurring jobs.

Did you know you can add your organization's logo and tag line to your printed reports? Just specify your logo image location in the Andar Reports system preference and you're done.

Andar now provides a good way to 'package' and streamline the agency data entry of forms, demographics, budgets, etc. and allows you to easily manage multi-cycle funding, and to provide forms focused on specific impact areas. This session will show you how to setup, publish, and manage packages.
